Sha`baan is the Month of Rasoolullah SAW. It is so named because it stretches out like the branches of a tree between the Sacred Months of Rajab and Ramadaan. The most auspicious day is the 15th of Sha`baan, corresponding to Laylatul Baraat, the Night of Emancipation.
